Bug Description
'spread when a dragged item is held over a launcher icon' is broken.
To Reproduce:
1. Open 3 firefox windows
2. Drag a .png file over the firefox icon
What currently incorrectly happens:
- nothing
Desired correct behaviour:
- after a very small delay a spread of the firefox windows appears , allowing the user to drag and drop the item onto a specific window.
