Unity could ship with the Compiz Application Switcher enabled but the keybindings for next window/prev window changed to Ctrl-Alt-Tab and Shift-Ctrl-Alt-Tab.
I think there is a strong case for doing this by default from a usability perspective, and doing so should help assuage the frustrations of the users who are sure to be put out by the Alt-Tab change.
(A minor note: Compiz currently doesn't allow moving from ctrl-alt-[arrow] to ctrl-alt-tab without releasing ctrl-alt first, but this could be fixed later).
