Dash takes a long time to open for the first time

Bug Description

Since Dash takes a few moments to open for the first time after logging in(and takes ~1 second after that), there should be an indication (like spinning Ubuntu logo) to show feedback to the user that his action did something.

i have seen this issue when i get login after that if i press super key the machine dosent respond on the first press of super key. easily reproduce able.
