Maybe the indicator-weather icon is broken, and so it's not possible to tell when it's sunny?

We're going to add a simple hack - if smspillaz is logged in then show 'Zzz' icon

Could somebody prepare a mockup for new icon?

AFAIK, this is a regression (it was not happening some weeks ago).

In fact this bug is very critical: since the bug appeared Unity keeps logging me out : saying the proper hours for sleeping are not set.

Please move this bug from #861710 to #2 (or #1!!) it's very important!

Perhaps a duplicate of bug 805087?

I think this is a bug in compiz. There's so much bling that it simulates solar patterns and thus the body is never able to adjust its internal clock.

In order to fix this we'll need to turn paint-fire on by default

So I think didirocks would not be capable to build Unity with this bug.

So the Design team won't help us to design a proper work flow for Sams ? That just means Unity would stop running as it depends on Compiz.

If this bug doesn't get fixed in time, I'll move to arch for good!

Why is this marked "Fix Committed" in Compiz? I managed to reproduce this bug using irssi running on top of the latest linux kernel, latest Xorg from xorg-edges AND the latest compiz & unity from trunk! Sam was still online, so its definitely not fixed yet!

Changed in compiz:

I cannot confirm this bug until I have added Sam on G+, so this should remain as critical.

That's it! I'm switching to AtheOS!

I suggest we blacklist the sun in Sam's part of the world, it seems we can't get this bug "fixed".

I personally think this bug is related only to "sam's mom" package, maybe forwarding it upstream? :)

I was thinking, we could use a dirty hack, but it might not work.

We could try sleeping pills.
