Bug Description
I cannot come up with any use cases where you want to use key navigation and at the same time want to use mouse actions like dragging, auto-scrolling, or wheel-scrolling. It even could cause trouble if you start key navigation with your mouse pointer at the top auto-scroll area when you want to navigate to the lower part of your launcher bar.

This is kind of fixed right now. Mouse interactions are ignored or dismiss key nav.
