After minimising full-screen application i can't set focus to the already opened window

Bug Description
11.10 64 bit all latest updates
1) open small app (nautilus, pidgin or smth else)
2) open big app (firefox, remote desktop, or other) and maximise it
3) minimise it
4) watching rendering problem (i can't make screenshot - it disappears when i try)
5) click to the window, that we opened first and try to work or move it
6) nothing happens, except global menu - it works right
7) Ctrl+Alt+right, Ctrl+Alt+left
8) Problems gone, we can work untill minimise firefox ( or smth other) again
minimising small windows doesn't makes problems
