After minimizing a window, windows on the desktop are not clickable anymore

Bug Description
In latest Oneiric Ocelot (as of 2011-09-14), when you minimize a window, the app that is currently opened on the desktop (and should have focus) become "unclickable".
To gain control again, you have to switch to another app and then again to the app you want to click on.
