After minimize, window is only invisible and not actually minimized. Still clickable, etc.

Bug Description
After minimizing an application, it seems that it is still "there". So, clicking exactly where the window's close button was will still close the program, click+dragging where the title bar was will actually move the window's position (even though it's supposed to be minimized) while it is "invisible". This means it interferes with what is actually supposed to be on the screen.
