Bug Description
To reproduce (using 11.10 oneiric beta upgraded to latest)
Login using unity session, open a terminal (using a launcher icon), minimize the terminal, click the icon to maximize the terminal. The terminal is shown but the title bar cannot be used to focus the window. This makes the terminal window unusable as it cannot be correctly selected. This seems to happen with all programs effectively making unity useless for window management.
