Bug Description
As title, using chromium's client side decorations and minimizing it, it is still able to catch input event.
To reproduce:
* install chromium
* minimize or close all running apps
* open chromium
* right click on tab bar
* disable "Use system title bar and borders"
* minimize it
* right click on desktop
What happens:
* chromium context menu appears
What should happens:
* nautilus content menu appears
