The new 'fixed' no blur option in unity-0.5.10 is now tinted but transparent, again it can produce a distracting or unusable Dash

Well for me it looks bad!
I really would like to set the transparency of the unity panel as I can set it now when Dash is on No Blur. Yet I need to keep the dash look like it is under Active or Static blur.

Surely all this needs is a much darker tint? I would prefer opaque but at least a darker tint would be useable.

I really wish this would be fixed. The active blur performs horribly on intel cards pre sandybridge, no blur is unusable, and static blur is incredibly glitchy.
