Dash text unreadable with some wallpapers

Bug Description

With some wallpapers the text in the dash is unreadable. As an example, if you set the wallpaper to be a solid white color you see the results shown in the attached screenshot.

My recommendation would be to give the text in the dash a small 1px or 2px shadow to help the text stand out.

I'm not running the latest ultra transparent version of the Dash, but I did just watch a preview video of it on webupd8.org/ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yp1Sdw4mQ1w), and its completely apparent that the transparency makes readability AWFUL when there is a Window below the Dash. Watch the video and see for yourself. Transparency is currently a bag of fail as it stands.

Currently colors are picked as specified by design. New specification would be needed to change colors.
