Bug Description

E.g. I used to have Win-T to launch Terminal and Win-L to lock desktop. Now first opens Trash directory and latter doesn't work at all. I do believe Unity keyboard shortcuts should be configurable same way as others system-wide shortcuts.

This bug is especially bad with the trash shortcut <super>+t because it conflicts with the old open terminal shortcut people are used to. Found multiple unanswered questions about the need to change it in the forums etc. This being hardcoded in plugins/unityshell/src/TrashLauncherIcon.cpp is baaaad.
