Bug Description
Sometimes, when there's an icon on the desktop, and that icon (its text or the icon itself) goes below the launcher bar, the "dodge window" doesn't work, and the launcher stays above everything.
I've added an screenshot where you can see the icons from the iphone auto-mounted. The text is under the launcher, and after that, the bar doesn't auto dodge anything. If i move the icon away from the launcher, everything works again as usual.

Thank you for your bug report, is that still an issue on Oneiric? I can't reproduce it there
