Launcher does not show if the cursor is placed 1px away from the left edge and then moved to the edge

When you maximize a window, it hides the launcher. Bring your cursor to the left edge of the screen and try to place is precisely 1px away from the left edge of the screen. Now move the cursor more to the left to show the launcher.

Result: launcher does not show unless you move the cursor a few px right and then hit the corner

I removed the screenshot attached because it had a few no so friendly words written and was not showing the bug neither. and your video was too much blurry to understand the bug.

I guess that this is something that is wanted. You have to "hit" the left edge to show the panel, otherwise that could be considered as a fine mouse movement on the left side.

Maybe we could add an higher timeout in the case that we're on the 1px before showing the panel.
