move launcher to bottom

Bug Description
It would be nice to be able to move the launcher around (bottom, left, right).
Though having the launcher on the left side isn't terribly disturbing to me, sometimes it still bugs me a little bit, that I can't move the launcher to the bottom of the screen.
Some applications need more horizontal space, eg thunderbird in 3 pane/widescreen mode + lightning calendar panel on the right side of the window. So basically you have 4 vertical panes - each cramped down to the minimum of vertical space.
