Bug Description

This is one of the bugs I reported here (https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/784447), for which I was told to file individual reports for each bug.

When two monitors are arranged vertically in Unity (with the lower monitor being the main one) then maximization of windows does not work properly:

Maximization of a window in the top screen works nicely. Maximizing a window in the lower screen, however, does not work: it shows title and menu in the Ubuntu menu bar of the lower screen (that's good), but the actual window get maximized in the top screen. There is no way to get a window maximized in the lower screen.
