successive Super-<n> presses don't work after workspace switch

Bug Description
If you keep Super depressed and hit various numbers, Unity will take you to the appropriate apps nicely. However, if one of the apps is in another workspace, this stops working until you release and re-press Super.
Obviously not critical, but is actually a common use-case for me. Mail is fullscreen in workspace 2, I'm working in 1. I may be in a terminal, referencing info in an email. I wish to jump terminal-
