Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity-place-files
While sooner or later they get the idea that the 'Files & Folders' search is not a system wide search it may be a bit more helpful to use a SearchHint= of
SearchHint=Search Previously Opened Files & Folders

Actually it now appears that folders are no longer included in the Recent:All Files list. (were previously), so now the default "All Files" search only returns files
If that's the intended case than a better search hint would be -
Search Previously Opened Files or Folders
or
Search Previously Accessed Files or Folders
