most used application should be shown first in dash

When I search an appllication in dash it is always shown in aplhabetical order, instead it should be based on my usage of a particular application something similar to 'Synapse' or 'Gnome-Do'.

Also the search result should be made to accessible through keyboard shortcut. Like if I have a 5 results for something I search then the last result result be accessible with minimal keystokes. At present , With a keyboard, I need to go scrolling to that result and then select tht.

I mean to say that,
For example: If I want to a application say Synaptic Manager in Dash(The layout opening on clicking the ubuntu logo on top left corner). I type 'Sy' it would show system settings ond system monitor before the Synaptic. Those programs I rarely use. The dash should learn to show the programs which I use most first in my search,here synaptic manager.
