Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Do a 3 finger touch right in the middle of a window to make the love handles appear. Now raise all your fingers so none are touching the touchpad, and then touch them all down again to continue the window drag/move operation. The window doesn't move at all, and won't do until you let the love handles time out and disappear. Then you can try again.
Surely I should be allowed to change my mind as to where I want to move the window while I'm doing so? This happens surprisingly frequently in normal usage.

I don't experience this at all, what hardware are you using? Could you take a look at geistest from the utouch-geis-tools package and see what kind of data utouch is sending?
