Ubuntu button shortcut does not show preferred web browser

Bug Description

I changed my "preferred applications" for browsing, email and music. However, when I click the Ubuntu button in the top left corner, it shows Firefox even though I selected Opera as my preferred browser. It works for Emails and Music, though, where I also changed the default application.
