Intellihide can be puzzled by dash and wrong post-reveal intellihide behavior

Some corner cases (where nux doesn't receive events because the dash appears above):
1. put the mouse over the launcher
2. press super
3. click outsided the launcher/dash to close it
-> stuck opened

1. mouse over bfb
2. press super/click
3. click outsided the launcher/dash to close it
-> stuck opened

1. mouse over trigger
2. press super/click
3. click outsided the launcher/dash to close it
-> stuck opened
