Dash - As soon as a user starts dragging a file from the Dash, the Launcher icons that are valid drop receptacles should re-saturate.

Bug Description
As soon as a user starts dragging a file from the Dash, the Launcher icons that are valid drop receptacles should re-saturate (regain their colour). All Launcher icons that are not valid drop receptacles should remain de-saturated.
When the user drags a file from the dash over a app icon that is a valid drop receptacle, the Dash should close and be replace by a spread of that application.
