Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

When you move your mouse over the window title of a maximized window, the name disappears! It re-appears however when you move it off or click on the window title.

I'm not seeing the point in this, it just causes an eyesore with all the blinking and does not offer any visible reason.

This seems the actual design of the title bar. Hovering the mouse pointer over the title bar actually shows the Main-Menu of the current Window/Application. But in your case it seems the like if there is no Main-Menu available of your current Window/Application (like in Chrome (but fixed now), it didn't show any menu and moving away showed the title).
Could you please attach a screen cast or at least a screenshot of the bug. Which would really help to understand this bug more efficiently. Thanks.
