2 unity panels, one above the other, when nvidia twin view

Bug Description
i did the upgrade but i got some issues. Aparently, i got 2 "unity panels", one above the other, and the one to the front do not show the "ubuntu menu button". Any help please :)

Unity 2D isn't installed, #killal gnome-panel says "no process found" and restart also doesn't work. i'm gonna wait until the stable release, thanks a lot :)
