Various problems with Flash video in fullscreen mode (menu overlay, multi monitors)

Bug Description

Opening a flash video in fullscreen mode holds some difficulties in Natty A3 with Firefox 4 and Flash Square: first, the Unity menu is always displayed and can not be hidden and second opening a video in fullscreen mode opens the video always on the main monitor, although i want it to be on the second one!

I think this is probably a multi monitor issue, because it doesn't happen for me on a single monitor.

I have more information on that problem. It is not only Flash - it is due to Unity itself. Look at the images attached to this post to see what problems i have encountered. (Yep, it is due to my two monitors!)
