Bug Description
When searching for something in Dash, it is often an application, and yet, the files and folders results show up first. Is this by design? I would think it should appear in the order of the lenses in the launcher. (Natty and64)

This is *particularly* true when there are no file matches. In with-results ahead of sections- without- results, for sure :-)
aggregating results (as on the dash home screen search) we should put
sections-
