Bug Description

The launcher should respond to scroll events. This can be done by setting the _launcher_drag_delta up and down on scroll events.

Holding the alt key down allows me to scroll the launcher, but it does not scroll without holding the alt key down. I don't understand why this is like that, so will change the code to scroll without the alt_key being pressed, then submit for review.
