Bug Description
To reproduce:
* Maximize any window (the launcher bar hides as expected),
* Restore the window from the launcher bar.
=> The launcher bar now covers the maximized window and doesn't hide automatically.
This happens with all overlapping windows, not just maximized ones. Using Unity r669.

I think this is fixed by now (r679), but feel free to re-open if it's still reproducible.
