Bug Description
In some particular occasions a launcher tooltip can be empty. To reproduce, run the unity make check target and interrupt the unit tests while the test window is still open. Screenshot below.

previously this bug was reproduce able by just right clicking on the workspace switcher now doesn't seem to be the case. seem fixed
