Bug Description
In my computer setting, i plug the notebook to a big TV screen for a more comfortable computer use.
the problem is hat the unity interface appears only on the tv screen and does not show the launcher on the screen from the notebook.
1st) i like to change the primary monitor on which unity appears. a 2nd launcher bar on the other screen would be perfect too. but it needs to work, even when i disconect the notebook from the other screen when still in use.
2nd) its not good to have the menu bar of applications in the top bar. its really confusing having the menu of a program on the other screen, when having already an application active on the 1st screen. this results in closing/minimizing the wrong application very regulary.
