Bug Description
In Unity I am unable to trigger shortcuts that are binded to actions other than window management.
I am able to define the shortcuts from withing 'Keyboard Shortcuts' but after they are defined, it looks like Unity (or mutter) is not calling them if they are using Super / WIndows / Mod4 and are not part of a predefined shortcut group.
For example I can define Mod4 (Windows) + Up to move to the above workspace.
I can also use Mod4 + T to trigger the opening of a new terminal, but I can not use Mod4 + T to open the Hamster windows or Mod4 + P to open the custom defined keyboard shortcut for gnome-display-
I can assign Ctrl + Alt + T for opening an Hamster window and Ctrp + Alt + P for opening the gnome-display-
.
I have attached a screenshot with the custom keyboard shortcut listed at the end of keyboard shortcuts list.

Thanks for your bug report and help to make ubuntu better.
I'm pretty sure there were already a bug about it, but can't find it anymore (super key being eaten by mutter).
