Task bar scrolling speed is too slow when scrolling down

Bug Description
Ubuntu Netbook 10.10 beta.
Unity task bar scrolls fast if I scroll up (hold mouse cursor in the top left corner).
However, if I scroll down the scroll is speed is 1/2 icon per second. If I have three apps not fitting to the screen it takes 6 second to scroll to the last app (thrash can). This is way too much for simple app switching.
This is on 1024 x 600 screen, Asus EEE Pc.

Thanks for testing unity and helping to make it better.
This has been changed today with latest unity release, It's currently building. Setting the bug as incomplete, can you reopen if you still find it too slow?
