Bug Description
Video Out hotkeys on next-generation laptops are now sending Super (Windows) + P
Unity should handle these cases without triggering Unity-level functions unrelated to the video out.

So I understand, Mutter should invoke a particular command when SUPER + P + ENTER is detected.
Setting to medium for now, as there is an OEM side to this issue.
