reorganizing launchers is totally fuzzy

Bug Description
If you try to reorganize your launchers, you see a lot of weird effects like icons moving but not leaving enough space to the new one to fit and other things. I can make a recording if needed but it should be pretty easy to reproduce.

Confirmed on the current maverick version, the other icons in the launcher often don't move to let the one you are dragging be dropped when it should
