can remove active application icon from the launcher

1. open an application (appears in launcher)
2. drag the icon out the launcher
3. no more app icon matched in the launcher!

What should happen:
- if the icon was pinned, it should be unpinned
- as the application is still active, the icon should remain

Confirmed: the icon of a running application is being removed if it is dragged out of the launcher. And the application is still running but has no matching icon in the launcher...
