The name/label (former tooltip) is not meant to start/focus the app. Only a click on the icon is meant to do that. Disabling the highlighting of the name/lable will avoid users having this assumption.

Yes, the label is meant to be insensitive.

Do we have a specific signed-off visualisation from Otto of insensitive
labels in overlay menus?

Also, David, what's the rationale for having it be insensitive?

Mark, Otto has a bug assigned to him to provide visual designs for QuickList items: 607251

Honestly, the behavior of the application name entry in the QuickList do either way, but I felt that making it insensitive helps balance the menu and gives it a more dependable-feeling structure by separating the Launcher-owned items (Quit, Remove from Launcher) from the application-owned items. If anyone has strong feelings about making the Application name clickable, I am receptive to changing the behavior.

OK. We need the visual treatment for insensitive items regardless, we
can settle the question of whether this specific item should be
insensitive with the benefit of some of Charline's testing in time.
