Icons moved from the left side panel keep coming back after removal

Bug Description

There several applications in the panel that I don't use very often, Empathy, Cheese, Software Center and Rhythmbox. I remove them, and on the next restart, they are back in the panel again.

confirmed there too and it doesn't seem to be stored in ~/.gconf too.

I think the bug is more or less related to bug #592087

Still reproducible if you drag the icon out the launcher to remove it, not if you right-click -> remove from launcher
