Bug Description
Dragging and dropping shortcuts from the Applications folder to the dock does not successfully add the launcher. Whilst the '+' sign appears over the dragged icon, the dock and window stack then refresh, but no new launcher is added. I have to open the application and then add via right click -> add in order to add new icons.
