Bug Description
0) Ensure your laptops locks when the lid is closed
1) Press power button or open shutdown dialogue trough the indicator
2) Close the lid
Expected:
3) When opening the lid again the screen is locked
Actual:
3) The screen is still showing the shutdown dialogue and not locked
