HIDPI scaling not effecting cursor

STEPS:
1. Get a current 15.10 image install it on a hidpi laptop xps13 here
2. Open system settings
3. Open Screen Display
4. Slide the scaler to 2

EXPECTED:
I expect the cursor to scale along with everything else.

ACTUAL:
Bars and icons scale but the mouse cursor remain the same size.

ATTACHMENTS:
Attached are the results of gsettings list-recursively on unity.interface and gnome.desktop.interface for both version and screenshots of what I see.
