Bug Description
On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS:
1 - Use Unity Tweak Tool to set the top bar transparency <100% → It work
2 - Add a new screen on your computer and extend the desktop to your 2 screens, or just enable a disabled screen.
→ The primary screen have a normal top bar, but the second screen have a top bar with very little opacity and wrong color.
The top bar of the second screen flashes in function of the position of the cursor (on the top bar or not), and the Window who have the focus.
The only way to not have the bug is to start the desktop with 2 screens without changing resolution or position of the screens.
