Wrong window title displayed when maximised background window is closed

1. Maximise two windows
2. Open another one in front of them, not maximised
3. Click on the 'x' at the top left of the screen to close the second window maximised in (1)
4. The panel still tells you the closed window's title, not the first window's.

I can't reproduce this in Wily.
Following your steps I have:
-click on the second windows to focus it,
-close it
-rightly the not maximized appear with its title in the top bar.
Anyway I cannot test on vivid so I'm asking you to check again and verify if it still reproducible and eventually update this report.

I just tried again. You need to have LIM on: Settings -> Appearance -> Behaviour -> "In the window's title bar", then this bug still happens (current wily here). Without this then the global bar doesn't have controls to close the window.

Still happens in Xenial.

It might be related to Bug #1614116 which is fixed in Yakkety and should be in next SRU.
