Bug Description
Creating a new user without login password makes the lock screen (Ctrl+Alt+L) unlockable because it asks for a password and none works (even blank).
Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 14.10 clean installs and fully updated.
In Ubuntu 14.10: Unity 7.3.1+14.
Expected:
No password to unlock and unlock the screen.
What happens:
The lock screens request a password to the user without it and doesn't unlock the screen.
