Bug Description
Friends-service was disabled during Utopic cycle for new social app integration on Unity8. But Unity-8 social app is still not very usable on desktop & Unity 8 is yet to get a working "desktop" mode.
This results Unity-social-lens & friends-app (now depreciated) useless. (bug #1383681, bug #1384164)
Please re-activate friends-service so that it can work with unity-social-
