1. Open a non resizable window such as Calculator or Unity Control Center
2. Move the mouse to the edge of the window, outside the window itself
but in the area that is close at least 10 px.
3. Press the mouse and start to drag

As side effect, if LIMs are enabled, moving the mouse over a window edge makes the menus to show. |
