Bug Description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
  1. Mount a central nfs directory to use as the home directory.
  1.1 For the server add in /etc/exports: /exports/home *(secure,rw,sync,no_root_squash,no_subtree_check)
  1.2 For the client add in /etc/fstab: 192.168.4.1:/exports/tcs-home /home nfs auto 0 0
  2. Now create a new user and let unity generate the default home directory.
  3. Add a new icon to the sidebar.
  4. Reboot

What is the expected behavior?
The add icon should still be there.

What went wrong?
The icon vanished.

Clients: Ubuntu 14.04
