Bug Description
This is a problem with mouse-clicking sections of the firefox window that are unresponsive.
I'll try to describe the problem. Firefox is open and set to fullscreen/
It seems as though the firefox window is adjusting to maximize and leave room for the menubar at the top, but the GUI does not anticipate the menu bar. There is about a 10 pixel discrepancy between where the mouse points, and where it registers.
This also occurs with browser, Chromium.
This problem does not occur when switching between windows with maximized browsers, only when a browser opened from launcher after being minimized.
This video should help shed light on the problem:

I have the same problem.
This happens not only on Firefox, but also with other programs (Thunderbird, Musique, Banshee...).
