usage of webapps makes unity unresponsive properly to touches on touchscreen

Hi, If I use touchscreen, I can move, resize windows, open DASH etc. If I open webapp (like youtube, facebook etc. in unity browser), unity unresponsive to touches, I cannot resize windows, switch between them by tap on them, I cannot open DASH by click. I have to use mouse then.
